She kept us updated as to properties coming on the market every few days but understood we had some circumstances/constraints that could delay our move. She was able to show us properties throughout Oahu and understood our needs and wants. We trusted her expertise and she met our expectations 1000x over. The property we purchased she arranged a remote showing for us the day it came on the market and we had a contract on it within 24 hrs. She followed up with all the details for the purchase and would arrange calls that fit with our time schedule since we had a 6 hr time zone difference. Since moving here (Oahu) she still touches base with us as to if we need anything or how can she help. Has turned into a friendship.

Even during times of anxiety of the waiting—“will our offer get accepted? Or not?” Or when we were nonstop with wanting to see so many houses haha! She was very patient and got excited with us, too, when we got excited about a home. Erica was a fierce negotiator on our behalf, and so we were able to get our home quickly and with some credits! Wonderful experience, highly recommend her.
